Assessing the appropriateness of existing systems  - Need to assess whether the existing space management software could meet future requirements

Identifying and addressing key systems issues - Including different systems options e.g. packaged software versus bespoke, level of integration required between different software applications, different sources and types of telemarketing software e.g. contact management systems versus sales automation systems

Identifying organisational and operational matters - which may impact the success of systems improvements

Business intelligence - Comprehensive sales analysis by product, product group, customer, sales person, property unit etc.
Outcome The Company selected suppliers who can provide modern financial software together with an innovative Customer Relationship Management system interfacing with the space management software together with communications links between all sites and HQ.
