Microguide
was founded in 1987 from the Business Systems Consulting practice of
Arthur Andersen & Co, a major international accountancy and
consultancy firm, with a vision to provide relevant,
professional and independent business systems advice to organisations
regardless of size or business sector. We
have worked with clients in a broad range of industry sectors helping deliver forward looking technology-driven business solutions. In the
process, we have developed a depth of expertise and experience in most
industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, arts &
leisure, the professions, property, construction, publishing and financial
services.

Approach
Building
on best practice, we have evolved and continued to improve our proven
approach with a set of knowledge resources that allow us to deliver
excellence. Through their application we have developed a body of knowledge
and assets that are reusable. This lets us move with much greater agility
and speed to climb the learning curve when working with a new client. When
sourcing suppliers to meet client requirements we look for the right
"gut feel" compatible with our clients' culture.
Accreditation
The practice is a Recognised Practice with the Institute of Business Consulting and approved consultant lists maintained by various Business Links throughout the UK. In addition all our consultants belong to relevant professional organisations including Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales, British Computer Society and Institute of Directors.
