Flying Music promotes tours by music artists and during the last eighteen years has produced numerous nationwide tours including Neil Sedaka, Smokey Robinson, Richard Clayderman, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, The Four Tops, Little Richard, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, ELO, Chuck Berry and The Temptations.

Tour planning and monitoring - replacement of paper based systems with packaged or bespoke software.

Replacement of legacy systems - coping with cultural change and new way of working issues.

Hand holding important - careful supplier selection able and capable of providing a long period of hand holding during implementation.

Business intelligence - comprehensive tour analysis by venue, artist, location, etc.

 

Summary

Following the preparation of an ITT and receipt of supplier responses, proposals were evaluated and a packaged solution selected.
