When selecting new systems we use our sector expertise to target a small number of suppliers who offer potentially appropriate solutions. We evaluate their written proposals against rigorous criteria before recommending which to investigate further. We then assist in the final decision by arranging detailed discussions and demonstrations. Typical deliverables include:

• Preparation of documented user requirements to be used as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation To Tender (ITT)

• Supplier research and supplier sourcing

• Software product evaluations

• Systematic approach to supplier product demonstrations

• Reference site questionnaires

• Negotiation of contractual terms and final prices with chosen supplier(s).
