Issues
Bespoke billing application -
an independent review was required of the innovative bespoke billing
system to confirm whether it was providing a competitive edge.
Infrastructure standardisation -
management needed assistance to determine the most appropriate computer
systems infrastructure capable of supporting the existing and future
business operations. Under-utilised facilities -
management perceived that the Microsoft Office productivity software was
not being used to its full potential. Organisational and operational
shortcomings - management required guidance on what changes were
required to the organisation and operational procedures to improve
productivity.

|
Summary
A review and audit was undertaken involving interviews with a cross section of managers and staff. The resulting review included a 20 point action plan for improvement. It was concluded that the existing bespoke billing system was providing competitive advantage although a number of enhancements were proposed to improve processing. |
