Different worldwide operating cultures - visits to key Group sites were essential to take account of local operating cultures. Business intelligence - comprehensive Group, Company, Division performance analysis. Business process redesign - in key areas including logistics, project costing, manufacturing and business intelligence. Opportunities for collaborative working - between worldwide locations working on R&D projects.
