Many organisations require a high level external view on challenging business systems issues. Our High Spot Review involves brief discussions with key management and staff to understand and diagnose the key issues resulting in a practical action plan and suggested way forward. In plain English, our suggested way forward will identify the issues to be addressed and recommend how to resolve them. The issues are then either actioned internally or externally using further Microguide assistance. Examples include:
